This workshop is about developing your ji playing, the accompaniment part which supports the melody and solos. We will cover topics such as good stick technique, common patterns, tempo control, rhythmic accuracy, using the voice, how to practice ji playing, and more. These concepts are inspired by modern drumset practicing methods and are designed to provide clear guidelines for improving your ji playing.
